1. Shipping Regions and Delivery Timeframes

MENA Region Definition:

The MENA region currently includes Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Kuwait. Additional countries may be added to this list in the future.

2. Order Handling Time

  • Handling Time: All orders are processed within 2 working days.
  • Working Days: Our business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Shipping Time

  • Shipping Duration: Once your order is processed, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the destination country's customs regulations and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Note: Shipping lines may not operate on Saturdays and Sundays, which could affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

  • First Product: The shipping cost is 75 AED for the first product.
  • Additional Products: An additional shipping charge of 50 AED applies for each additional product in the same order.

5. Customs Duties and VAT

Any customs duties, taxes, or VAT applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country’s import regulations and potential charges before placing an order.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is not as described or arrives damaged.
  • Return Process: If you receive an item that is not as described, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving the item for assistance.
  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If you wish to return a product for any reason other than it being not as described, you must cover the return shipping costs. We do not offer a 7-day free return policy for the MENA region and India.
  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

7. Warranty

  • Warranty Period: We provide a 30-day warranty for all products sold to customers in the MENA region and India.
  • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
