By using our website located at www.refurbisheddubai.ae (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service" or "Agreement"). Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms of Service, you must not use our Site or services.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Site.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. 4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order through the Site, you are offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms of Service. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email, and we will confirm the identity of the party you have contracted with. This will usually be Refurbished Dubai or may in some cases be a third party.

Where a contract is made with a third party, Refurbished Dubai is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

5. Pricing and Availability

While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices that appear on this Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We provide free delivery and free returns anywhere in the UAE. For international shipping to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Jordan, there is a delivery charge of AED 75. Processing time for all orders is 1-2 days. Delivery time within the UAE is 1-2 days, and for other countries, it is 3-5 days. We will not accept returns from international customers unless there is evidence of a wrong or damaged product.

7. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for our products. If you change your mind, you are eligible for an exchange or refund once your return is accepted. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Refurbished Dubai or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Refurbished Dubai and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refurbished Dubai assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content of the Site. Refurbished Dubai shall not be liable for any (i) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or (ii) any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or (iii) any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Site; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Site by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
